1 .Core Content of the FDA No Objection Letter

The letter states that the FDA has reviewed the secondary recycling process and supporting documentation submitted by Baosu Machinery. The FDA has determined that Baosu Machinery’s control of input materials, together with the recycling process described in PNC 3411, is expected to produce rHDPE of suitable purity for the intended applications, provided that feedstocks are derived from articles authorized for food contact use and comply with 21 CFR 177.1520 and all other applicable authorizations.
