3.Main structure and working principle
The machine is primarily composed of a frame, transmission system, air cylinder, feeding hopper, screw conveyor, cooling system, and granulation system. Materials enter through the feed hopper and, under the action of the screw shaft, are compressed through the uneven spiral shaft and perforated plates on the feeding hopper, achieving the dewatering and extrusion effect. Finally, the material is processed into granules or flakes by the blades on the knife frame of the granulation system.
