Our biggest highlight this year is the non-stop live demonstration of our flagship PTC80 PP PE film compacting pelletizing line. You will witness the full real-production workflow from loose agricultural mulch film and PP woven bag scraps feeding, degassing extrusion, precision screen changing to underwater pelletizing, all running at full 200–280kg/h speed right on site. With only ~96kWh stable power consumption, it cuts energy cost far below traditional two-step systems, and produces pellets directly suitable for film blowing and injection molding.
