Water-Free Cleaning & Recycling Production Line
Using physical forces such as friction, grinding, and collision, the line makes waste plastic flakes collide, rub, and grind against hard objects and against each other. Dirt and metal impurities attached to the plastic flakes are dislodged, then removed through cyclone separation and dust extraction, ultimately yielding clean waste plastic flakes.
Process: Based on the principle of water-free waste plastic recycling, the process consists of three stages: pretreatment — cleaning — separation.

Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor continuously and evenly feeds raw waste material into the production line, ensuring stable downstream operation. Its adjustable conveying speed allows the feeding volume to be matched to the processing capacity of the line. An optional manual sorting station can be installed alongside the conveyor, where operators can remove large foreign objects such as metal parts, stones, and mixed rigid plastics before the material enters the crushing stage — effectively protecting downstream equipment and improving the purity of the final product.

Dry Crusher The dry crusher cuts films and woven-bag scrap into uniform-size flakes, ensuring consistent particle size for efficient downstream dry-washing. Its high-strength blades deliver stable, low-dust cutting with low energy consumption, and the screen mesh can be customized to different hole sizes to meet varied output requirements.
Heater As an auxiliary heating unit, the heater softens the material surface and reduces its viscosity, making sticky contaminants easier to strip away. For plastics contaminated with grease, glue, or adhesives, preheating significantly improves the scrubbing efficiency of the subsequent waterless washing stage and enhances the overall cleaning effect.
Waterless Washer I The first-stage waterless washer performs intensive physical scrubbing, where high-speed rotating components create friction and collision between flakes to remove heavy dirt, sand, and embedded impurities from the shredded plastic. It lays a solid foundation for deep cleaning in the following stages, all without consuming a single drop of water.

High-Speed Friction Washer
The high-speed friction washer delivers intensive mechanical friction through its high-speed rotating blades, generating powerful rubbing and collision between plastic flakes. Stubborn attachments such as aged grime, dried mud, residual labels, and surface adhesives are effectively stripped from the plastic surfaces. Combined with the previous washing stages, it further refines cleaning purity, significantly improving the quality and market value of the recycled material.

Squeezer Melter
The squeezer melter squeezes, compacts, and pre-melts the dry-cleaned plastic flakes in one continuous step. Through strong mechanical compression and frictional heat, the fluffy flakes are densified into semi-molten agglomerates — reducing bulk volume dramatically, cutting transport and storage costs, and ensuring stable, bridge-free feeding into the pelletizing system. The pre-melting process also removes residual moisture and volatile contaminants, improving pellet quality — making it an ideal preparation stage for both pelletizing and chemical recycling.

ATEX Control System
The centrally integrated PLC control cabinet with touch-screen HMI enables one-stop management of the entire production line. All key parameters — temperature, speed, current, and running status of each unit — are displayed in real time, allowing operators to monitor and adjust the whole line with ease. The system features interlock protection to prevent misoperation, automatic fault alarms for fast troubleshooting, and reduced downtime.
