Feeding unit 1 Belt conveying unit: The recycling waste can be placed directly on the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt is used to control the feed rate.

Feeding unit 2 The Traction device: can be used with a belt conveying unit while feeding the entire cover film on the sheath. Cutting compaction system Equipped with precise temperature control and cutting system, ensures that semi-melt plastics can quickly and stably enter the extrusion system for melting & mixing.

Degassing system The double-degassing hole of the extruder can release more ink and moisture in the material to improve the quality of the final product. Filter system The double-piston filter system has twice as larger than the general plate filter. This filter system can increase the efficiency and reduce the frequency of replacing the filter. Besides, the design of the double flow path allows the machine to keep operating in the process of replacing, to improve the total capacity and reduce waste.

Pelletizing system The water ring die face cutter can immediately granulate the plastic material after extrusion, then immediately enters the water ring to cool down. The shape and size of the granules are average, which allows to be used again in extruder and injection molding machine.

Product The recycled granules can be used directly into the film-blowing machine or the pipe extruder line again.

The PTCS granulator manufactured by Polyretec is specifically designed to recycle PE (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) and PP packages. In addition to clean material (waste generated by the production line), other materials such as plastic with printed surface, washed or crushed material, they can all be recycled with PTCS. Suitable waste includes: plastic bag, factory waste, food packaging waste, various plastic bag, shrink film, bundle mask, agricultural film, PE & PS foaming material, disposable tableware, PP silk, woven bag, ton bag and the hollow molding and injection products

Application of plastic recycled waste The recycled plastic granules produced by PTCS can be used immediately for production lines. It is most commonly used in the production of bag-blowing machine and the water pipe extruder. 1. Clean plastic - plastic product production plant inhouse leftover The average amount of waste of plastic production factory (bag-blowing factory, bag factory and printing factory) is five percent of total production. Recently, the problem of waste recycle in plastic factory is also gradually attacked by the price of petroleum and virgin materials. The use of recycled plastic materials can greatly reduce the cost . The inhouse leftover from plastic product production (Example: defective product of film roll), the quality of recycled material is up to 98% of the virgin material. Many producers currently choose to use recycled materials, which of the quality is relatively close to virgin materials. This method can reduce the cost of raw materials and improve the market value of the product. 2. Dirty plastic - water washing waste, containing impurities In response to the needs of different guest groups, the PTCS machine can also be used to recycle the water-washed waste (abandoned plastic film, agricultural film, cover film for building engineering ...). The thermal energy generated by the PTCs is used to heat the waste after the water was washed, and the extra moisture in the water can be removed. In the portion of the extruder, the double degassing system can remove moisture and ink. The plastic granules produced by the washed raw material is mostly used to produce garbage bags, the engineering film, plastic film for clothing and water pipe. Colors / additive can be added to change the color and status of granules.
